    Yeah, Psych Up doesn't work on Light Screen. Counter first, because we can, then encore safeguard (or if the ref decides that's not how it works, encoring reflect would work too). Return if you're happy and safeguard was encored; substitute for 10% if reflect was used (or you're not happy)...
